Crystalline Technology


Crystalline Technology, founded in 1991, is a division of Equipment and Controls Inc. that provides oil and gas producers with communications hardware and hosted SCADA solutions.  Crystalline has delivered its products and services to more than 7,000 wells around the world.

Crystalline has successfully designed industry specific hardware and software solutions for many of the largest gas producers in the United States and has worked extensively with the Inmarsat satellite network, the Globalstar satellite network and a wide range of well site RTUs.

Most of our projects have included a Crystalline designed satellite communications device and a hosted back end user interface.  


Hardware

Below you will find brochures with information about our 2 main hardware devices, Avalanche and Geostar.  These devices have been used in variety of applications from full API 21.1 custody transfer applications to tank level and chemical injection SCADA.



Hosted SCADA/Backend

The SCADA system we put together for XTO includes flow rate, Turner Rate calculations to optimize plunger lift unloading, tube/casing pressure, real time alarming and Glycol temp.  The system supported approximately 2,000 wells
